We also have an Administrator, Director of Nursing, Director of Physical Therapy, and a comprehensive therapy team offering PT, OT, and Speech services. Our professionals undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest standards of care.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have set visiting hours from 8:30am-8pm. Our doors lock automatically, and all visitors must be buzzed in and signed in upon entry.
Transition and Support Services
We offer support through our Director of Social Services and a discharge planner to assist with discharge planning, equipment needed at home, and home healthcare services.
Transportation Services
Our facility covers transportation for dialysis, appointments, and all admissions, ensuring residents have access to necessary medical care without inconvenience.
