Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We do not have a waitlist yet but, in AL we are almost full. As for Memory care, we do have a waitlist but not for AL/IL.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have Inservice training at the community monthly.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We follow all the guidelines and make sure all our residents get the best care. Safety of our residents is a priority!
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Yes, we have resources and services need be if a resident needs extra help, and we have IL, AL, and MC and can transfer the resident into.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, transportation is included within a 10 miles radius.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
In the dining room, it's restaurant style.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We address it right away.
What is the cost of living in your community?
It depends. In IL, apartments start at $3895 and in AL, it's $2699 PLUS care gets added. We have 3 care levels. See attachments with floor plans and care plans along with pricing, please.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Our nurse and administrator calls whom every is listed under emergency contact need there be an emergency or any concern. We call and also email. We usually have 3 emergency contacts so if we cannot reach the first, we contact the next in line, etc.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do have short-term stay. It is 7 days minimum and $200 per day with care included.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
In IL, yes you may have pets and it’s a one-time fee of $1,000 but, in AL we cannot have pets unfortunately. However, we do have pet therapy and they come visit monthly.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, we coordinate this with the pharmacy – Medec Pharmacy.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes! Residents are able to age in place. We do not have a waitlist yet but, in AL we are almost full as for Memory care we do have a waitlist but not for AL/IL.
