Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our senior living community staff includes a range of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. We have caregivers and med techs who are thoroughly trained by our Wellness Specialist and Wellness Directors, both of whom are qualified nurses. Our team is equipped to cater to the diverse needs of residents in Independent Living Villas, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we create personalized care plans for each individual in assisted living and memory care. Our memory care unit is secured, and the front door of the community locks at 7:00 pm nightly to ensure resident safety.
Transition Support Services
We provide resources and support services to help residents transition into our community smoothly. Our activities director, along with resident ambassadors, are available to welcome new members and help them integrate into the community.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays within a 12-mile radius. Reservations are required, with drop-offs starting at 9:00 am and the latest pick-up scheduled for 4:00 pm.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes restaurant-style meals with breakfast at 8:00 am, lunch at 12:00 pm, and dinner at 5:00 pm. We offer two daily specials for lunch and dinner, along with an 'always available' menu featuring approximately 12 additional items.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can address complaints or issues either in person or in writing to the relevant department head or directly to the executive director, depending on the severity of the complaint or issue.

The cost of living in our community varies based on the apartment chosen and the level of care required by the resident.

Our policy on communication with residents' families involves keeping them regularly updated about their loved ones' well-being. The specifics of this policy are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We are currently working on offering short-term or respite stays in a studio-style apartment with a 30-day minimum stay requirement.
