Terraces at Parke Place ROOM RATES & FEE SCHEDULE
BASIC ASSISTED LIVING
Our standard program includes private accommodations, three meals per day (daily menu selection), daily snacks, weekly housekeeping and linen service, trash removal, social and recreational activities, physical fitness programs, all utilities (except phone and scheduled transportation.) The following prices are per day:
- One-room Private Suite $202.00
- One-room Deluxe Suite $204.00
- Two-room Private Suite $300.00
- Two-room Shared Suite $150.00 per person

- Medication Ordering $32.00 per month (Residents who self-medicate only)
Medication management / administration fees are for standing medications only. There is no fee for short-term courses of treatment (i.e. antibiotic therapy).
Ancillary Charges
- Personal Laundry Included / $6.00 per additional load
- Accompany to Appointment $36.00 / hour per visit
- Additional baths greater than twice a week $10.00 per bath
- Basic Cable Included / $25.00 (monthly) Medicaid only
Additional costs may include personal services, tier levels, hair care, toiletries, unscheduled transportation, incontinence supplies, guest meals, and telephone.
One month room and board refundable security deposit due upon admission.
All residents who are moving permanently will be charged a one-time $3,600.00, non-refundable community fee.
