Sunol Creek is designed, staffed and dedicated to the daily care and medical needs of those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia related illness. Since it’s opening in 2014, Sunol Creek has established itself as the East Bay’s Premier Memory Care community, proudly providing compassionate care for families in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin and Fremont.
We know choosing the right community can be a difficult decision – there’s guilt, uncertainty and new information to absorb. Our tenured and experienced staff, including our health services director and medical director, are here to support you every step of the way.
Sunol Creek was purposefully built for memory care –each neighborhood of 20 residents has its own internal courtyard, circular indoor walking path, ample natural lighting, an activity room, integrated nurse call/delayed egress door systems and various room types.
