Welcome to Stoneridge Creek
We are a continuing care independent living retirement community offering long-term care for our residents who medically qualify when they move in.
Our campus is like a small city with nearly 50 acres of lush beautifully landscaped property.
Stoneridge Creek is a gated community with EMTs and nursing staff on site.
Dining and Residences
We have multiple dining venues with outstanding food.
Every residence comes with a full kitchen and all major appliances including a washer and dryer.
Activities and Lifestyle
We offer close to 200 activities per month to keep residents engaged, social, and active.
Residence Styles
- Apartments (studios 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom Penthouses).
- Garden Terraces (resemble a condo with 1-4 bedrooms)
- Villas (single-family homes with attached garages, 2-4 bedrooms)
Financial Information
Financially there is a REPAYABLE entrance fee ranging from $505,000 up to over $2,500,000. 2 bedrooms start at roughly one million. Each home is priced based on floorplan and location.
Monthly Fees and Services
In addition, our monthly fees cover nearly all of your living expenses including but not limited to:
- Property Taxes
- Housekeeping
- Flat linen services
- Transportation services
- Utilities & trash removal
- Maintenance of all appliances in the homes and buildings (roof, paint, etc)
- Variety of activities and classes (roughly 150 per month)
- Fitness center (indoor lap pool, gym, exercise classes each day)
- 30 meals per month per person in one of our 3 dining areas
