Assisted Living

At Sunnyside Communities, we provide the perfect balance of independence and support. The residents of Assisted Living get to keep their independence while also getting help with things like bathing, dressing, and taking medications. They can enjoy three delicious meals every day in the company of friends and neighbors in the Assisted Living dining room. Plus, they get to bring all the comforts of home with them by bringing their own furniture and decorations. And if that wasn't enough, there's a full calendar of events and activities for them to participate in including days out, special dining experiences, shopping trips, exercise classes ,and so much more!

Memory Care

Sunnyside Communities is dedicated to providing memory care and support to residents with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. We offer a variety of services and programs designed to meet the unique needs of each resident, including cognitive stimulation, social activities, personalized care plans, and more. Our goal is to help our residents maintain their independence for as long as possible while also providing the support they need to thrive. We've learned that offering first-rate activities and experiences to residents requires thinking outside the box. The communities of Summit Square, Sunnyside, and King's Grant all offer nationally recognized programming and experiences such as the Montessori Approach and the use of Multi-Sensory Environments.

Skilled Nursing

Our skilled and dedicated health care staff provides top-notch, customized nursing care to residents in this level of living for both long and short term stays. The quality of life for residents is enhanced by the availability of spacious private and semi-private rooms, as well as a lively program of events and activities. Residents also enjoy home-like shared community spaces for visiting with families, reading a book, talking with a neighbor, or just relaxing.
