Stratford Court is a beautiful retirement community located in Palm Harbor, near Clearwater. We have served Palm Harbor and the surrounding areas for over 32 years. We have earned and maintain a great reputation in senior living for the amenities and services we provide. We were just recently recognized again by US News & World Reports as being a Top Senior Living Community for both our Independent Living and our Assisted Living. Beyond that, we also offer benefits such as an Out-Patient Rehabilitation Center, Home Health Care services, a Wellness Center and so much more all under one community umbrella and all with a flexible lease. But our true “Diamond” here is that many residents and team members have been at Stratford Court for numerous years which makes for a warm, extended, family environment for folks to live and work.
Independent Living
Our Independent Living is ideal for seniors who desire an active lifestyle in a comfortable setting with opportunities for socialization and friendships. Our residents enjoy spacious, apartment accommodations, with a variety of floor plan options, restaurant-style dining with delicious, homemade meals, housekeeping, planned social and cultural activities, transportation for shopping and medical appointments and so much more. Residents are free to enjoy their day doing things that please them most without the stress and strain of cooking, cleaning and home ownership responsibilities. We have a great swimming pool and hot tub for enjoyment. Stress-free living at its Best!
Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Stratford Court is a small quaint neighborhood of 40 residents that is designed for seniors who desire residential living but require support with some activities of daily living such as medication reminders, bathing and dressing. However, at Stratford Court, Assisted Living goes beyond simply providing assistance. With the support of a 24-hour staff, a 30 year licensed Nurse Administrator and customized service care plan, residents are able to maximize their independence and participate in activities that promote health, wellness, socialization and enjoyment.
