INDEPENDENT LIVING

Independent Living is designed for seniors who want the privacy of an apartment home with the added benefit of meals, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, activities, group outings, fitness programs, health and wellness opportunities, educational seminars and optional healthcare services should the need arise.

ENHANCED LIVING

Enhanced Living is designed to promote the greatest independence for seniors who need a little extra support. It includes all the benefits of Independent Living plus the peace of mind that comes with custom healthcare packages that can be tailored to individual needs. Services include assistance with medication, mobility, grooming and activities of daily living.

ASSISTED LIVING

Assisted Living is designed to promote the greatest independence for seniors by providing assistance with everyday activities in a licensed and comfortable setting. Residents enjoy all the benefits of Independent Living while trained professionals provide medication administration and coordinate with outside healthcare providers as needed.

MEMORY CARE

Memory Care is designed to promote the greatest independence for seniors living with dementia. Assistance is provided in a secure, licensed and uniquely designed environment. Professionals are specially trained to assist residents with the challenges often associated with dementia. Our specialized programs help residents enjoy moments filled with successes, meaning and purpose while ensuring comfort and promoting the greatest dignity.

At StoryPoint, our Executive Chefs provide all the comforts of a home cooked meal with the joy that can only come from sharing it. Enjoy pan-seared crab cakes with lemon aioli or fresh strawberries with mascarpone and limoncello crème, all in the company of newfound friends in our comfortable, yet elegant, dining room. Each dish not only tastes delicious, but offers plenty in the way of nutrition as well. Plus, you’ll have a variety of menu options for each course at every meal.

• Video Content Analytics provide ongoing surveillance and screening of exterior doors and interior common areas of the building for additional security.
• Multiple generators throughout the building to assure residents’ safety and comfort in the event of a power outage.
• Our state-of-the-art Media Center is designed with the use of technology in mind and features integrated speakers, projector system, screens, and wireless internet.
• Radio Frequency Identification wristband or key fob allows residents to unlock their apartment door and afterhours building doors without having to use a key.
• Culinary staff makes ordering food easy by taking menu orders with handheld tablets.
