Pricing for each suite covers:
- 3 meals served each day in our Landmark Dining Room or Casual Cafe
- All utilities, cable, community Wi-Fi, emergency pendant, apartment pull-cord
- Wellness Center classes, use of equipment, personal training, and indoor, 92* aerobic pool
- Scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service
- Scheduled social activities, clubs, seminars, games, movies, presentations, and entertainment
Resident is responsible for landline phone and internet service.
Additional fees:
- Community Fee: $4,000 (one-time, non-refundable fee to reserve a unit)
- Second Person Charge: $1,000/month (no second person fee for the Elm/Combo)
- Pet Fee (Non-Refundable): $1,000 (one-time, non-refundable fee)
- Electric Cart Fee: $1,000 (one-time, non-refundable fee)
- Guest Meal Charge: $10
