St Clare Living Community Of Mora Description
St. Clare Living Community of Mora has been a part of the Mora community since its opening in 1969 as Sunshine Villa. It was originally owned by Robert Sundberg who brought a vision of providing great care options for seniors in the Mora community. The Villages of St. Clare Assisted Living was added to the campus in 1985. The skilled nursing facility was acquired by Dale Thompson, and he continued with Sundberg’s vision of providing a continuum of care by adding the Westview Short Stay Rehabilitation unit in 2004, allowing the facility to more fully serve those discharging from the hospital with rehabilitation needs.
In 2009, Living Services Foundation, a non-profit long term care company, purchased the campus with the intent of continuing to meet the needs of Mora’s seniors by providing a continuum of services. In 2018, we took the next step by starting St. Clare Home Health. We look forward to serving the Mora community for many years to come.
Living Services Foundation is a non-profit based in Minnesota that was started in 1996. We operate other skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in Minnesota.
