Overview of Staff and Training
At Springmoor, we have approximately 500 employees dedicated to serving our 562 residents. Our staff encompasses a wide range of professional capacities, each requiring specific training to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we employ several measures including key fobs for all external doors, 24/7 security for buildings and grounds, and front desk personnel.
Transition Support Services
We assist residents with their transition into the community by recommending professionals to help with downsizing and the physical move.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services include scheduled trips to doctor appointments five days a week, grocery shopping twice a week, and additional shopping trips. We also offer 24/7 transportation within Springmoor.
Dining Experience
Springmoor offers four dining venues in independent living, including two main dining rooms and two casual restaurants. Residents can enjoy three meals per day, with a meal allowance included in the monthly service fee to cover the main meal daily.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents are provided with an extensive list of Springmoor employees and departments to address any complaints or issues, depending on their nature.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our policy on communication with residents' families varies depending on whether it concerns independent living. We strive to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Residents are able to receive Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Assisted Living, memory care, and Skilled Nursing are available in our Stewart Health Center. Some home care services are also available in independent living, ensuring residents can age in place safely. We currently have a waiting list for future residents, with wait times ranging from 12-24 months for a one-bedroom apartment, about 3 years for two-bedroom apartments, and approximately 7 years for a house.
