Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), a Culinary Director and dining staff, a Social Services Director and assistant, a Therapy Director with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, a Registered Dietician, Nurse Practitioners and MDs, an Executive Director, a Director of Marketing and Admissions, a Business Office Manager, and an Activities Director with three assistants. Most of our management team is college-educated with extensive experience in healthcare. Our training includes one-on-one and on-site training, with nurses and CNAs also receiving schooling and on-the-job training.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our facility is secure, with coded access to exterior doors. Visitors must sign in and out, ensuring we always know who is in the community. Residents with cognitive impairments, such as dementia, are given a wander guard for added safety, which secures exits automatically.
Transition Support Services
We offer personalized meetings with new residents to learn about their life stories, interests, and hobbies, and encourage dining together to promote socialization.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for medical appointments.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes a set menu with accommodations for dietary restrictions and preferences. Alternative meals can be prepared upon request.
Handling Complaints and Issues
Resident concerns are documented on a grievance form and reviewed by the executive director to rectify the situation.
Cost of Living
We offer long-term care, skilled rehab, and independent living, with insurance covering long-term and rehab. Independent living costs range from $2,010 to $2,300 per month, including utilities and emergency call buttons.
Communication with Residents' Families
Families are encouraged to maintain open communication and visit often. Our team can relay messages as needed.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays require a minimum of 7 days, costing $415 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets in independent living with a $250 deposit. Skilled and long-term care residents can have pet visitors with up-to-date vaccination records.
