Level of Care
A pre-admission evaluation is required by Indiana state regulations to determine if the resident's needs can be met within the scope of services provided at Sanders Glen. Level of Care is assessed per individual in the apartment. In the circumstance where two individuals share an apartment, each person will have an assessment and associated care level fee. Level of Care for all residents is assessed semi-annually and with any change in condition. Services include, but are not limited to: medication management, bathing services and assistance, grooming, morning care, evening care, and reminders for meals and activities.
