My mom was a resident of spring creek for about 2 years she had dementia on Dec the 26th they called and said mom was not responsive or eating and said we needed to come see her because they believed mom was at the end of her journey . For the next 11 days mom was never alone we stayed by her bedside and for that 11 days the staff made sure we had anything we needed they fed us moved mom to a private so we could stay with her 24 hours . They are very professional and great people thanks to all of the staff at spring creek . Mom passed on 1-4-2020
