Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do not.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have RN's, LPN's, also a Nurse Practitioner is in the building M-F, Caregivers, Activity Director etc.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Residents in the AL get a pendant for 24/7 assistance if needed, our entrance doors are locked between hours of 5p-8am.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We do not have a special program.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we provide transportation to medical appointments and we provide monthly outings.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We offer a restaurant style dining experience. We serve 3 meals per day with an alternative menu.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

They would speak to the Executive Director and or the Director of nursing. We also have a monthly resident council meeting.

What is the cost of living in your community?

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We email family updates monthly and we do a quarterly care plan meeting.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we do offer respite stays at $180 per day plus level of care. See rate sheet.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

We allow pet visits with a current vaccination record.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we offer a vaccination clinic yearly.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, we offer skilled nursing, rehabilitation and have a memory care. We do not.
