Most of the staff tries to give care, but it is understaffed and aids are assigned to too many patients to be helpful. Food is TERRIBLE...cold, overcooked, inedible. Takes 15 minutes to answer call button. No rehab services provided on the weekend even though they claim to be a rehab facility. Husband signed himself out and is getting better care at home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
One the most horrible places I've been very unprofessional couldn't get my medication was ignored after I pushed the call button four times even when I called out when I can hear nurses down the hall nobody responded I would never recommend this place to anyone my experience here is horrible
