Pricing Information
Pricing is dependent upon an assessment of the prospective resident. However, our Assisted Living Studio apartments begin at $4550 monthly, plus an additional level of care rate. Our Memory Care studio apartments are $6150 all inclusive. We also have some companion rooms available at a lower rate.

Aging in Place and Health Services
Residents are able to age in place at South High Senior Living unless there is a health risk that prevents them from doing so with the state guidelines. COVID vaccines and boosters are made available through our pharmacy support. We are a pet-friendly community and also support Pet Therapy animals that are vet approved. Additionally, we offer respite stays of 7 days or longer at a daily rate of $200.
Communication and Transportation
We have outstanding communication with family and staff, ensuring information is conveyed to the individual and resident. This will be covered in more detail when you tour. We provide transportation in our personalized van or coordinate with staff who work closely with the family to ensure safe and timely travel for the resident.

Monthly Rates and Services
Monthly rates include room rental, salon access, in-house physician with mental and physical health and podiatry services, two courtyard spaces, three chef-prepared meals a day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, daily tidy-ups, 24/7 alert call system, 24/7 on-site Nurse, transportation, utilities (except phone and cable), and our innovative programs to keep everyone active and healthy with daily activities. We are excited to meet you and show you our vibrant community!
The rates for our Assisted Living are $4,550, with an additional $900 for a second person and a Level of Care fee (LOC) starting at $350.00. This includes room rental, meals, housekeeping, alert system, transportation, utilities, and a full schedule of activities both on and off-site. *Information also attached. There is a one-time Community fee of $2,500 for admissions to support the upkeep of the Community and Apartments. Pets are very welcome, with a one-time pet fee of $1,000 per animal. We have a secure area for pets to run and play.
Culinary Experience and Accommodations
I also look forward to discussing our enhanced culinary experience, including a restaurant-inspired dining experience and a chef-created menu that focuses on resident and regional favorites.
Floor plans offer a variety of options to suit your needs. Assisted Living Floor Plan – 14’ X 11’ or Memory Care Floor Plans at 13’ 7”x 11’ 3” including a mini fridge for refreshments. We do not have a waitlist at this time and do have some availability.
