My Mother In Law was admitted on 11-2-21. Although it was a difficult time emotionally for us, Mrs. Dillow made the entire process easy. She took her time explaining everything and put our minds at ease. Looking around while we were there, we were pleased with the cleanliness and the polite staff. We feel that our family member will be taken very good care of.
I’m doing this review based on the admissions process. We are from out of town and our mom needed to be moved immediately into rehab. due to health concerns. We called many times the morning of admission and Laini was very kind, understanding and helpful (every time) throughout the entire arrangement process. Once we got to the facility she greeted us and explained the entire process in detail. Then Julie, the facilities manager, gave us more details and information we didn’t know but really needed. Angela, the D.O.N. explained to us what was going on with mom’s medical assessment and gave us her info to contact if we had concerns. All in all, we were sad that we had to leave mom at the rehab center but felt at ease knowing she would be cared for accurately. I will definitely do another review later on but for now, it’s 5 stars.
I'm currently looking for a more attentive facility for my loved one. The encounter with one of the head nurses was very uncomfortable. She smiles with a cheerful disposition while talking around the issue at hand. Pressure sores are not a laughing matter and many of these residents have them.
Do not bring your love ones here they are horrible and break many laws concerning people. They allowed my grandmother to get a bed sore and hid it from the family and no one reported it to the family. In results my grandmother had an infection and passed away. I repeat do not put anyone in here I wouldn’t let my dog stay here
