Sophia Snow House Supportive Living

Respite suites are available at $250 per day.

Our all-inclusive fee of $6,580 a month includes the following:

• A private resident suite.
• Oversight and care by 24-hour seven days a week medical staff.
• Assistance in scheduling medical appointments.
• Assistance with bathing and personal care if needed.
• Restaurant-style dining, and a morning coffee/tea service.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry services.
• Daily enriching activities.

A one-time nonrefundable community fee of $3,500 is payable upon a reservation for a suite at Sophia Snow House.

Retirement Living at Sophia Snow House

Sophia Snow House offers a 400 square foot air-conditioned studio apartment with private bath.

The all-inclusive fee of $6,580 per month includes the following services:

A one-time non-refundable community fee of $3,500 is payable upon studio reservation.

In the event that a resident's assets are depleted after a few years, he/she may qualify for a discount fee.

The Residences at Snow Place Independent Living

Private Dining Room at 8:00 am and 12:00 noon, unless the number of diners requires moving the seating to the Great Room. Tray service is available for a $2.00 additional charge. Pricing is as follows:

• Breakfast: $8.50
• Lunch: $10.50
• Dinner: $15.50
• Twelve or more meals a month: $8.00
• Twelve or more meals a month: $10.00
• Twelve or more meals a month: $15.00

Housekeeping services:

Housekeeping services may be scheduled on a regular or an occasional basis. Place your request for service with the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Our Housekeeping Supervisor will contact you to confirm staff ability to provide service as requested, or to negotiate other arrangements. The fee for Housekeeping Services will be $29.50/hour, billable in 15-minute increments. Carpet cleaning is charged at the following rate:

• Hallway only or spot cleaning: $45
• One room plus hallway: $70
• Two rooms plus hallway: $100
• Three rooms plus hallway: $125

Personal Care Services:

Personal Care services are available on a very limited basis through our Supportive Living Nursing Department. Residents are encouraged to arrange necessary personal care through outside agencies or resources. Our Resident Services Coordinator will be very happy to assist you in locating and securing these services. Should there be a minimal gap in services, we will do our best to fill that gap by providing in-house services on a limited basis. Each case will be reviewed and decided individually based on services needed and staff availability. The cost for service will be $30/hour, also, be decided on an individual basis.

Maintenances Service:

Day-to-day maintenance on all apartments has no additional cost. There is a fee for our services on your personal possessions of $44 an hour.

Residents will receive a bill at the end of each month for the supportive services they have received. Payment should be made by check payable to Sophia Snow House, Inc.

This entry fee is 93% refundable when you leave and the membership is resold.

Submitted as follows:

A Priority Deposit of $1,000 reserves a spot on our waiting list and a Priority Number. This deposit is fully refundable. As apartments become available, individuals on our waiting list are notified. Their Priority Numbers determine the order in which they are given the opportunity to move forward toward purchasing a membership for that apartment, except for apartments that are designated handicapped accessible. When a handicapped accessible unit becomes available, such a unit shall first be offered to a depositor who has identified a need for a handicapped accessible unit due to disability. An individual may refuse an offered apartment without losing his/her place in line because the Priority Number will remain the same. Once you decide you would like to purchase a membership for a particular apartment, the next step is to complete some additional paperwork and submit another $9,000. This deposit is no longer easily refundable, and should be made only when you are certain you want to move forward. Your $10,000 will now hold the apartment until you are able to move in. The balance of your entry fee ($269,000 - $306,000) is due when you sign your Residency Agreement and move in.
