They appreciate the great people that really care, the free food, the flexible scheduling, the good pay and benefits, and the amazing culture. They also appreciate the good local employees, the lovely coworkers, and the meaningful work. However, there are some areas of improvement such as communication, corporate support, and better pay and benefits. My Dad lives here and I have to say they really take care of him awesome here. During this Covid-19 Pandemic they have really made sure all the residents are safe and the management team is super nice and friendly. Not to mention all the rest of the staff! If you are looking for a nice upper scale Independent living situation for your loved ones this is an awesome community!

I've had nothing but a good time living at Solstice. They make you welcome as soon as you move in. Lots of activities for residents too. Staff is great.
