Additional Charges
There are three additional charges that may apply:
- Medication management ($86.10/month)
- Diabetic management ($109.20/month)
- Ear drop/eye drop management ($109.20/month)
The monthly cost covers CNA assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, one person transfers, grooming, etc.), 3 meals/day in the dining room, life enrichment activities, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, all utilities, cable, internet, and local landline calling.
We do not have a buy in for assisted living. Once the resident is financially approved and is ready to move in we would bring them in for a health assessment with our nurse. There is a $300 fee for the health assessment. On move in day we ask for two checks for the monthly fee- one being the refundable security deposit and the other being the first month’s fee.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our nursing team consists of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. Our staff has year-round trainings including: annual orientations, dementia training, CPR certifications, lift training, etc.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Each resident has a care plan unique to their needs. This ensures all of our nursing staff is aware of how to provide care to each resident. The residents wear personal help buttons so they are able to request assistance from the nursing team 24/7.
Resources for Transitioning into the Community
Our residents have a welcome committee to help welcome incoming residents and to aid in the acclimation process. We also have a resident services department that helps with the transition from a professional level.
Transportation Services
Our bus will take scheduled trips to shopping centers and special events. Personalized transportation can be hired for doctors’ appointments, family visits, etc.
Dining Experience
Three meals per day are provided in our dining room. The dining room is ran just like a restaurant with servers who take your order and serve tableside. There is a daily special for each meal and an always available menu, offering items like sandwiches, pastas, chicken, and salmon.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
We have a resident council that meets monthly so residents can convey any issues at that meeting. Our managers have open door policies so any issues and complaints can be brought to them immediately. In assisted living they would start by reaching our to our nurse manager or our resident services director.
Cost of Living
I attached a price sheet so you can see the costs of our different units.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our nurse manager keeps in communication with families as needed (changes in condition, care plan, etc.). Families are able to reach out to the nurse manager at any time for updates about their loved-ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer a very limited number of respite stays in assisted living. The cost is $288/day and there is a 30 day minimum.
Pet Policy
Pets are able to visit in assisted living but cannot stay overnight.
Waitlist Information
We do have a waitlist for residents who are not ready to move yet, however we currently have availability if someone is looking to move in at this time.
