Siloam springs nursing and rehab is a very good facility which provides excellent care of all the residents within the facility…I came in as an applicant and was treated very well and given prompt attention I very much appreciated the nursing staff and look forward to going to work here
Had a bad experience with one of the workers here at another facility. A nurse by the name of Robin Garrett assaulted me over an incident that wasn’t even my fault and then proceeded to get in my face and then mock me and talk down on me. Worst person I have ever met nor encountered. She definitely should be very ashamed of herself.
The only people who would like this place are the ones who've never had to work here. You sign up for a 12 hour shift end up working 16 or 20 because they've scheduled to few staff; only to get your pay and see they've stiffed you on the extra hours they made you work under threat of getting fired and reported. The hardest thing I had to do was walk away from my patients but it was that or my own mental and physical health.
