Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we have a wait list for a couple of apartment types.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
Our studios begin at $5,495 a month. This includes housekeeping once a week and laundry service.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have monthly trainings and a registered nurse is in the community.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have pendants that each resident receives upon move-in. The minute they press on the pendant, a caregiver will be present anywhere in the building. 24/HR care staff.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Community Ambassadors for the first two weeks.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, to doctors' appointments within a 7-mile radius, shopping outings weekly too.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
It's a restaurant-style dining experience with our very own chef and servers. It's like three meals in a restaurant daily with your own menu and specialties.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Residents will advise our front desk immediately and it will be reported to our executive team as soon as possible. Our resident then will have a manager contact him/her.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have emergency documents that we keep on file upon move-in. We will contact family.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
No.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, small pets. We do a pet assessment before our resident move-in.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, it is scheduled a couple of times throughout the year.
Are residents able to age in place?
Absolutely. Yes, we have a wait list for a couple of apartment types.
