This state of the art community features a total of 118-accommodations which includes 44 Short-term rehabilitation units.

    The Shirley Chapman Sholom Home East is designed to provide the next generation of care, from short term/post-acute rehabilitation to long term care and specialized end of life care.

    A unique “neighborhood” approach to nursing focused on personal care by a dedicated care team in a home-like setting. There are eight “households” or clusters of private rooms in the Chapman, four on each two floors. Like any home, every household has a warm, family kitchen and dining room/lounge which serves as the central gathering spot for its residents and visits by family and friends.
