There are many options from occupational, physical, speech and restorative services for both long and short term needs. Our onsite gym allows for various approaches to residents' direct care needs.
In the late 1990's Shady Acres saw the need for a dedicated memory care unit that could specialize in treating dementia patients. Betty's House is a dedicated 32 bed community that provides care in a secure unit with its own activities, dining room, and outdoor area. Betty's House was one of the first dedicated memory care units in the region.
