Availability and Waitlist
Depends on what area you are looking for and what type of room (we have openings in Memory care and some apartments in Assisted Living).
Staff and Training
We have 3 nurses (2 RNs, 1 LPN). They receive online training, classroom training at our corporate office, and 1-on-1 training on the floor after they start.
Safety and Well-being Measures
This is part of training. We stay on top of assessments to keep on top of changes. We also have someone in charge of safety rails, wheelchairs, etc., and we get feedback from staff (housekeeping) to make sure their individual apartments are safe.
Transition Support Services
We have a process for move-in, which involves meeting all of the staff, and new residents get 2 weeks of escorts to dining and activities. All of the management staff takes time to sit and meet and get to know new residents.
Transportation Services
We have transportation for outings with our activities department.
Dining Experience
We have a chef, so the food is good. We have food committee meetings so we get input from residents.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We have an open door policy (our office is off the lobby and the door is literally always open). We also have forms in the lobby that they can fill out called a record of concern.
Cost of Living
Depends on what area and what services they need (a price list is attached).
Communication with Residents' Families
If you use Bluestone physicians, there is a bridge. We discuss with the family and residents who is POA, where they are at with decision making, and we go from there. We contact families for many things or have a care conference.

Yes, residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community.

It depends, if they need memory care they will need to go to the secure area of our community. We do our best to make this our residents' forever home.
