Our Homes
We have several models and floor plans available, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom cottages, as well as 1- and 2- bedroom apartments. Each has a sunroom or patio, a front porch, and a huge pull-down attic. Our entire community is mobility-friendly and is completely free of all curbs! 98% of our units are one-floor living! I’ve attached our floor plans, and the pricing for each model is listed at the top of each floor plan. Our monthly maintenance and service fee is listed at the bottom of each floor plan.
Community Perks
Other fabulous perks include a hair salon for both men and women, walking trails, swimming pool, gym, wood shop, sewing room, game rooms, library, social events, community center with 40+ clubs and activities, monthly newsletters, trips, and excursions, pickleball court, and even a community vegetable garden!
Customize Your Home
Our sales process is 90 days, as once you place a 20% deposit, all homes are being renovated with new paint, new lighting packages, and traditional recessed lighting. To make it your own, you select new flooring, carpeting, kitchen counters, tile backsplash, cabinet hardware, and lighting package. Additional upgrades are available to purchase, such as a bottom drawer refrigerator, crown molding, wooden shelving in closets, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. We even offer additional ADA-compliant options such as extra grab bars, a higher commode, and a walk-in-shower or tub cutout. Nearly all models have no steps or curbs!
Freedom from Home Ownership
SRC frees you from the burden of home ownership and the stress of home maintenance. We even change lightbulbs, clear snow from your car, and offer weekly “attic service” to carry up or bring down seasonal items. One monthly maintenance and service payment covers everything listed below. This fee is listed at the bottom of each floor plan.
