Administrator has 20 yrs of property management experience. Any questions regarding Nursing/Health team would be answered by Open Arms Health Aide

Security entrance, staff checks at least 2 twice a day, additional calls if residents don’t come for meals

Resident activities happen M-F, group meals for lunch and/or dinner – we encourage residents to attend

Semi-formal dining for lunch and dinner but residents can opt to have meals in their rooms. Meals prepared on site by the kitchen staff

Issues should be provided in written form and given to Administrator or Clinical Manager, then forward to supervisors if not resolved
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Families are contact when concerns or issues happen, either via email or phones calls. Families might have to complete specific documents if resident has rental or medical assistance
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Family can stay with the resident for 3-5 days if necessary, other locations might have a guest suite for a few, The Rose of Des Moines does not have a guest suite
