Monthly Fees
A’la Carte:Residents may choose to add on services each month such as guest meals, tray service, additional laundry service, private transportation, RN services, etc.
Lifestyle Fee:A one-time fee of $4,000 will be due at move-in to cover upkeep, replacement of carpet or apartment repair and general maintenance.
Assisted Living -
Studio $5,837
One Bedroom $6,673
Two Bedroom $7,507
Respite Care $400 / day
Second Person Fee - $2,000 + ISP fees
Memory Care -
Studio $7,995
Respite Care $450 / day
Individualized Service Plan:
The charges for additional assistance with Activities of Daily Living are based on the total minutes of assistance needed by the resident. The Individualized Service Plan is billed in 15-minute increments allowing us to charge for ONLY the services you require.
Memory Care Levels of Care:
Memory Care residents will have a maximum service rate of $1,200. This would be in addition to the monthly rent. These services are based on the individualized service plan based on the assessment by a nurse and time spent with your loved one
Level 1: $625 (6-10.99 hours per week)
Level 2: $900 (11-15.99 hours per week)
Level 3: $1,200 (16+ hours per week)
Assessments will be conducted by a nurse on pre-move, 30 days, 90 days, annually and/or with any change of condition. This assessment determines the Individualized Service Plan for the resident.
Pet Deposit:
$1,000 (non-refundable)
Resident Assistant:
$20 per 15 mins
Registered Nurse:
$45 per 15 mins
Memory Care Day Programming:
$750 per month

Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
We have our care team- Jena Villarreal is our Director of Nursing and she oversees the many nurses, of RN’s, LPN’s, CAN’s, and Resident assistants on our team. We have an on-site outpatient rehab team that includes a rehab doctor, physical therapists, occupational therapist, speech therapist. River Glen coordinates ongoing training for staff.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Nurse in building 24/7. The residents have 24/7 emergency pendants.
Resources and Support for Residents' Transition
We will personally walk residents to every meal and provide a personal tour after moving in to help get acclimated. There is a personal reference book in the apartment with many FAQ’s. We also select a table for them in the dining room so they have a warm introduction.
Transportation Services
We offer a bus for all scheduled group activities.
Dining Experience
Depending on level of Care- all meals are made on-site fresh by our culinary team. Residents are provided 3 meals a day. We have a resident committee that meets with the culinary team every month to share feedback with the chefs.

We have Director team available to field any requests residents might have.
