In alignment with Fair Housing and Indigo Real Estate policies, we prioritize the safety of our residents by maintaining a secure system and conducting regular fire and safety drills with both staff and residents.
Support Services for Residents
Thanks to our strong communication with the Senior Community Center, we provide our residents with access to external resources for food, housing, cash, and medical care services. We also organize community social gatherings to help residents meet and make new friends.
Transportation Services
While we do not offer direct transportation services, our location is conveniently situated within a block of public transportation pick-up and drop-off zones. Additionally, Metro Access provides pick-up and drop-off services right in front of our main entrance.
Dining Experience
As an independently senior living community without a dining service, we offer a TV lounge and kitchen area where we host community potlucks, bingo, and other social activities.
