My mother loved this facility when she was here previously, but no more! I was managing (or trying to) manage my moms care from states away. This is NOT their strong suite. From the beginning, I asked to speak with her doctor and for 6 WEEKS NO CONTACT. Only contact I got (when it was convenient) was from the bullshit "social worker" Andrea. Doesn't do her job and for the last week of my moms life, I got NO CORRESPONDENCE. NOT OK. if you care about your loved one and WANT COMMUNICATION, don't come here! Medical paperwork NEVER filled out correctly. I then showed up at the facility to settle my moms affairs, I then speak with the nurse manager (F name but I forget it) who said she'd get with the doctor and call us yesterday. Like usual, NO COMMUNICATION. The ONLY reason this place got 2 stars is for their awesome receptionist who did EVERYTHING SHE SAID SHE WOULD. Thank you, receptionist, for showing love and care when the rest of your co-workers didn't give a shit.
