Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have 24 hr nursing services in our community that consist of LPN/Med Techs as well as CPR certified caregivers on every shift. Our CPR training is conducted both on and off-site as needed, with regular in-service trainings in accordance with our policy.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All residents are equipped with emergency neck pendants and pull cords in each of their rooms. Our staff also perform regular rounding and engage in continuous safety training.
Transition Support Services
We partner with Viaquest/Psych360 to assist all of our new and existing residents with transitional care and counseling as needed.
Transportation Services
Transportation is usually pre-arranged with the resident's insurance carrier, with assistance from our staff. We also have a facility bus for various outings, and transportation can be arranged depending on need.
Dining Experience
We offer communal dining with three daily meals and am/pm snacks. Our culinary team is dedicated to creating a gourmet experience with locally-sourced options based on resident preferences. Families are welcome to dine with their loved ones.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents are assigned an Ambassador for daily visits. Any concerns are discussed with the interdisciplinary team and routed to the appropriate discipline. The Executive Director is notified of all concerns, and residents are informed about our grievance policy.
Cost of Living
Private pay rates start at $4250, plus the cost of care based on health assessments. We also accept Medicaid waiver with room/board of $864 plus care costs set by Medicaid.
Communication with Families
We collect contact information upon admission and provide regular updates via mass text/email. Direct calls are made for any changes in status.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $150/day, which must be prepaid in advance.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our community.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for our Medicaid waiver and have 3 private pay rooms available.
Vaccination Clinics
We partner with local pharmacies for vaccination clinics throughout the year and have an in-house Wellness clinic open weekly for Covid/Flu vaccinations.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place, maintaining their autonomy and independence with access to services such as timely healthcare and housekeeping, which is key to our success.
