I wanted to leave as soon as I got inside. This place is very much incompetent it isn’t funny. The staff needs to be retrained and how better bedside manner. I felt like I was in a dungeon it’s so dark looking not at all impressive. The food wasn’t good. There was one staff member that was attentive to my needs and they’re lucky to have her. The beds are uncomfortable. My mistake was not looking at their ratings. My advice is..if you have a choice of going somewhere else I strongly advise that you do. This place needs to be revamped from the top down and remodeled or closed.

My husband was a resident of Regency Healthcare from March 25 until he had to be sent to the St. Francis Hospital for additional care that couldn't be handled there. Whenever my husband was sent to the St. Francis hospital several times for specialty care I was informed, and when he returned, the Regency Staff informed me that he was back and was fine. The staff was always extremely pleasant and never minded the calls to the nurses to inquire about my husband's status. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one in a nursing home/rehab facility. The facility took excellent care of my husband. God bless the staff at Regency. I am so looking forward to visiting with them once visitors are allowed.

I witnessed an abusive CNA/patient situation. I was afraid of how my grandmother would be treated if I reported this person, so I waited until we could get her in somewhere else before reporting her. I spoke to her boss, the nurse manager or (DON) and she accused me of lying. I’d be surprised to hear that she even followed up with the young lady who intentionally elbowed an fragile, elderly woman on the gut. If you are looking at nursing or assisted living homes and you love and care about the person you’re researching for you will not put them in regal heights.

I experienced racism from the staff here. The director of nursing. I would give it zero starts if I could. Absolutely terrible service from top to bottom. The director of nursing was horrendous to talk to and I could tell the concern for patients was almost non exist. A racist comment was made to me. I spoke with Nicole in her HR department and she told me that I can speak to the government about the first amendment if I’d like, but doing so there won’t make a difference. I guess at Regency I am just a “cracker.”

The only reason they get 1 star is because you can't review unless you tap a star. My brother is currently in Regency. Opening statement..not all are deplorable. There are a minimal amt of staff that are professional, compassionate, merciful. The rms are uncleanly, and inefficient. "Comfort Care" is unpleasant to witness. As staff is concerned, either they are uninformed or not on the same page with one another. The on hold announcement is to say the least, appalling in light of true knowledge. This is a for profit facility, dispute otherwise advertised. My brother is dieing and will likely pass within the week, God willing. He will no longer suffer at the hands of those who vowed to be merciful. "God forgive them for they know not what they do".

Food sucks some aides nasty and lazy, nursing just give you pills and shot for diabetes. Place getting to much Medicaid $ 6,600.00 per month for me when SSI only gives me 974 per month I been trying to get out social worker does nothing

I hated my Mother being in this place,My Mother had dementia,So she couldn't wipe her nose,They had pictures taken of her with snot running down her face,They would feed her and leave food all over her clothes,They stole some of her clothes,And she also got a terrible bed sore and i believe that's what killed her,And to top it off the head nurse looked me right in the face and never said sorry for your loss.
