Worse place ever and I'm a retired ICU nurse. My mom died within a month of arriving thereI don't think the office management at that time EVER worked with patients. They had no nurse of any kind the first 2 weeks mom was mlm there. They were waiting for a recent LPN graduate!. They made multiple med errors by giving her double doses of her medications as they were giving her the generic name of the drug plus the same drug under the company given nameThe night she was dying the med aide was giving her more than needed morphine until I told him what I did for a loving and he backed off. She waa already unresponsive! They kept telling wveryone dr Jacobsens mother in law was a patient there like it was their claim to fame. Hello HIPPA Law anyone?! When I wrote a review 3 years ago many of the office staff had given the place 5 stars wow.
