Additionally, the PruittHealth Fitness Program is available for residents to take advantage of. It offers a strength building program utilizing state-of-the-art Nautilus™ and Biodex™ equipment to deliver proven positive benefits for older adults. Last but not least, an excellent occupational physical and speech therapy department is available on site.

Overall, employees have a positive view of working for PruittHealth. They appreciate the company's great healthcare system for aging adults, the work-life balance, and the opportunities for advancement. However, they have some concerns about pay disparities, lack of retirement programs, and high insurance costs. Employees also feel that there is not enough help and that the buildings could use some upgrades. Advice to management includes providing more AIT training, forming teams to make the day easier for all partners, and encouraging great work with rewards.
