Providence Horizon House Description

We hope that every elder feels welcomed and comfortable, as if they are visiting a friend. Our goal is to change uncertainty into confidence, hopelessness into hope, and loneliness into the realization that they have a new circle of friends that support them.

Providence Horizon House is a supportive living community for seniors. Our goal is to promote dignity and well-being by encouraging residents to stay active and engaged in the responsibilities and freedoms of life. Our team members provide assistance as needed, while also giving residents the opportunity to make individual choices.
