Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We have a waitlist for A3, B2 (1st floor), and B3.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
Attached price sheet that will list additional services and everything included.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We’re a 55+ Active Adult community so we do not have healthcare professionals on staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have an overnight security officer on-site that will do property walks along with security cameras throughout the common areas and exterior.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We feature two types of Resident Lead Clubs, Discovery, and Hospitality. These two groups help acclimate new residents to the community and introduce them to the social groups.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, Monday through Friday 9 AM – 3 PM within a 5-mile radius.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We provide a continental breakfast 7 days a week from 7:30-9:30 AM (included in the monthly rental rate) Monday – Friday from 9:30 AM – 4 PM The Oak Room Restaurant is available to the residents (Attached menu). Saturday and Sunday is open from 11 AM to 2 PM.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Considering we’re 55+ and do not offer healthcare services we do not provide daily check-ins to the residents. Typically, the residents, friends, and/or family members, keep us updated on their well-being. Anyone can request a well check if there are any concerns of someone's well-being.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Considering we’re 55+ and do not offer healthcare services we do not provide daily check-ins to the residents. Typically, the residents, friends, and/or family members, keep us updated on their well-being. Anyone can request a well check if there are any concerns of someone's well-being.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We have a guest suite - $115/night.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, one-time Pet deposit of $500.
Are residents able to get COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We do not provide this service however Walgreens will come periodically throughout the year for Flu vaccinations.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, with a third-party medical/companion support.
