Rental Rates for Assisted Living
Rental rates range from $3,875 for 349 sq ft and go up to $6,400 for 875 sq ft for Assisted Living.
Base Rental Rate Inclusions
In the base rental rate for Assisted Living; this includes laundry, housekeeping, meal service, on site activities, maintenance and security are included.
Level of Care Fees
Level of care is not included in this monthly fee and is determined by our Wellness Director prior to move in. The level of care fee is $400 for each level. For example, if a studio was chosen it would be $3,875 + $425 for level one care per month. We have five levels of care for this community. Care costs include 24/7 nursing care, medication administration management, hands on with bathing and dressing, help with ambulation, etc.
Rental Rates for Memory Care
Rental rates for Memory Care range from $5,700 to $6,700 depending on the apartment. The memory care rates are all inclusive.
Community Fee and Second Person Fee
Reserve your apartment today with only a onetime $2,500 community fee.
There is a second person fee of $1,500 per month.
