My mother moved to Pointe Frontier in November of last year. Ollie Oliver and his staff have done a wonderful job of making her feel at home and welcome. The facility is clean and undergoing a major renovation to make it even nicer than it already is. There are a number of activities available for all interests which she really enjoys, if I am unable to take her where she needs to go a town car is available at her beck and call. I could not ask for a better place for mom to be in her retirement years.
Pointe Frontier may not be the newest retirement community in Cheyenne, but we thought it was the best. My father moved to independent living there last year when he could no longer take care of his large house. He chose a two-bedroom apartment. This generous space was large enough to contain many of his treasured pieces of furniture, which made the apartment his home. The staff at Pointe Frontier is phenomenal. Ruth, Ollie, Silvia, Molly, J.J., Joe, Kersten, Jessica, and many others constantly went out of their way to help us hang pictures in Dad's apartment, arrange transportation, find services, check on Dad when he called, keep an eye on his health and notify us if they had concerns, adjust the menu to fit his dietary needs, and a thousand other little details. We were particularly impressed with the range of activities, the scheduled bus trips to local stores, the two Lincoln Town Cars available to residents for chauffeured transportation, the quality of the food in the dining room, and the generous size of the apartments. It was worth every penny.
My parents have appreciated the dedicated staff, lovely atmosphere, and delicious meals for over 5 years now. They've made lasting friendships and have felt very much "at home". Any concerns they have voiced have been immediately addressed as management genuinely cares. We are blessed to have Pointe Frontier in Cheyenne!
