This will be a mixed review. The best thing about Complete Care is that the physical therapists are outstanding. But they are outside contractors. Some of the aides ( like Jennifer) were wonderful & some, below par. The nurses were all good. But on the downside, I am diabetic & I never received a diabetic meal no matter how many times I asked. They would bring me a dinner of breaded chicken,potatoes, corn & juice & a sugar cookie. Great meal if I were trying to kill myself! They are short staffed on weekends & getting an aide to respond to you is almost impossible. Lastly, due to COVID, I was made to change rooms 5 times in 8 weeks! Once, I was housed with an autistic, developmentally impaired woman who would scream & yell. I put up with that for 2 weeks. But the most upsetting thing was after the last move, on a Wed., I was promised I would get my old room back on a Friday. Later, I was told that I would have to wiait till Monday! I was furious because I was “ guaranteed” I would be back on my old room on Friday. Had I not changed rooms so often & had the meals been appropriate for a diabetic, this would have been a better review.
