Introducing the Oasis at Dodge Park
Our new state of the art facility, the Oasis at Dodge Park, which opened January 2017, is already setting the new standard in caring for seniors and those diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Already, the Oasis at Dodge Park has earned an unmatched reputation for the unique level of care provided, with service around the clock and the best staff-to-resident ratio in the state.
Recently, both of our facilities Dodge Park and The Oasis at Dodge Park received the “Caring Superstar Award” by Caring.com for 2024 – Only 3 facilities awarded this unique recognition, and two out of those three are our facilities - and we are the ONLY senior care facilities in Massachusetts to be designated with this honor for multi years in a row (since 2013). This unique achievement positions us in the top 0.01% among the senior and memory care facilities in the country.

Dodge Park Rest Home is home to 60 residents while the Oasis at Dodge Park can house 50 residents. We offer a mix of private and semi-private rooms suitable for seniors who need help with the activities of daily living and want luxury, convenience, and the peace of mind that a secure setting can provide.
Services Offered
Our residents receive the following services for an all-inclusive monthly fee:
- Three nutritious meals a day in a restaurant setting and unlimited snacks throughout the day
- Over 1000 hours of activities per week that include entertainment, lectures, and recreational programs inside and outside the facility with our train professionals and outside entertainers
- RN/LPN on staff with direct care and supervision available 24 hours a day
- Medical Director and mental health providers who are available on call 24 hours a day
- Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing available on call 24 hours a day
- A personalized care plan that include assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming at no additional cost
- Medication management and administration at no additional cost
- Maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry as needed are included
- Paid utilities including free cable services (except telephone)
- Scheduled transportation to medical and social appointments (or the option to use the in-house physicians)
- Daily status check 7 days a week by RN/LPN and responsible staff
- Experienced geriatric professional team to assist with depression or any other cognitive/dementia related problem
- Resident center care
- On-site social workers and dietitian
