The best part of the job is taking care of and talking to the residents, but it can be hard when they pass away. Co-workers leave a lot to be desired and management is nice but pry into employees' personal lives too much. The pay is okay for the location, but not for what is expected. Employees have also noted that the workload can be too heavy, with expected training off the clock without any compensation.
