I have not visited, but based on trying to get through to someone is a problem 3 out of 5 times. You call the main number and the phone rings once and instantly hangs up. After being transferred sometimes no one answers the phone. Once I tried 2 days in a row calling about 8 times within those 2 days and couldn't get through. However, I have to say when I do get someone on the phone, they are very friendly and helpful.
