Neawanna by the Sea is an Independent Living & Assisted Living community that provides exceptional person-centered holistic care to residents.
Located in the heart of Clatsop County, our community is nestled near many attractions, including shopping areas, restaurants, and nearby beach access. Whether your loved one is moving in from Cannon beach, Astoria, Portland, or anywhere else, they’ll feel right at home at Neawanna by the Sea.
One of the things residents love about our community is our care staff. We take a vested interest in each new resident, treating them as we would our own family members. Your loved one will be surrounded by staff that comes in every day with a smile on their face because they can help make a difference in their lives.
Residents also enjoy homemade meals in a warm, social environment. When they aren’t eating, they’re enjoying some of our engaging social programs. We host weekly entertainment, monthly town hall meetings, quarterly family events, and seasonal holiday parties.
But most importantly, the right new home for your loved one should look after their wellbeing. Our assisted living staff remains onsite 24/7 to ensure residential safety and health. We’ll arrange any trips to the doctor’s office, coordinate health care plans with partner providers, and provide medication management when necessary.
