Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We have a wait list for our Assisted Living campus, but we do have availability in other service lines such as our Independent Living Villas.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Every Department undergoes different training and requires different licenses specific to their position. We have licensed Nurses, QMA's and CNAs. We also have Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists. Our Executive Director and Administrator are HFA licensed by the state.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have a variety of different systems in place to ensure the safety of our residents such as call light systems, hourly rounding, silent alarms, and other fall precautions. Each of the rooms are designed to be easy to access with wheelchairs and walkers and have a variety of safety rails and features by default. Our Assisted Living campus is a Medical Model, meaning we have RNs and QMAs who are licensed to provide higher-skilled services as well.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We work alongside a variety of different demographics within the community to provide support to new families such as realtors, downsizers and auctioneers, attorneys, Medicaid planners and VA centers, and many more!
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We offer private transportation with our town car and bus.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer a family-style dining experience to our residents. We have a menu our residents can order from, as well as Quarterly Theme Dinners, a monthly Sunday Brunch, Family Nights, and a Chef's Circle.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a system in place to log resident concerns that all employees are trained and educated on how to utilize.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have a Family Call system in place that we utilize to keep families updated on changes that occur with our residents, as well as opportunities to simply check in and address any questions or concerns before they pop up.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer Respite Stays, the rates are as follows:
Independent Living - $139/day
Assisted Living - $239/day
Assisted Living Legacy (Memory Care) - $279/day
Health Center - $299/day
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We allow pets in our Independent Living Villas and Assisted Living; families are welcome to bring pets in any time to visit.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We offer Flu, Pneumonia, and Covid Vaccinations.
Are residents able to age in place?
Residents can absolutely Age in Place in their respective campus. Our Medical Model Assisted Living Campuses help maintain our residents in their home. We have a wait list for our Assisted Living campus, but we do have availability in other service lines such as our Independent Living Villas.
