Our Commitment to Resident Safety and Comfort
All of our nurses and CNAs are licensed and certified. The safety of our residents is a top priority and we ensure this through several risk management systems.
Transportation Services
We do have a transportation driver that is able to get resident to and from appointments.
Dining Experience
We have two dining rooms where residents are encouraged to enjoy their meals. One dining room is primarily for individuals that require assistance with feeding. We offer options for each meal to ensure that all of our residents are satisfied with their dining experience.
Support and Grievance Handling
Our social worker is available to address any concerns or complaints, and a formal grievance will be documented to ensure that each issue is addressed in a timely manner.
Delivery of Care Meeting
New residents will have a Delivery of Care meeting to discuss goals and wishes. Our staff stays in constant communication with families.
Respite Stays
We are able to offer respite stays, the rate for a private room is $310 per night and the rate for a semi-private room is $285 per night.
Pet-Friendly Policy
Visitors are allowed to bring dogs as long as their vaccinations records are provided.
Availability
We currently do not have a waitlist for short term or long term care.
Vaccination Services
We are able to provide flu and covid vaccinations.
