Professional Staff and Training
All our staff is dementia certified, including home health aides, dietary staff, and housekeepers. Regardless of their role, if they work in our building, they are dementia certified. We use Relias for our training program, which is considered the Gold Standard in the industry.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We employ various methods to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. For IL/AL residents, we conduct 5-day, 30-day, and 90-day surveys post-move-in to ensure a smooth transition and satisfactory care. AL residents have daily interactions through Care Plans, and our facility is staffed 24/7 for any arising issues. Monthly Resident Council meetings provide a platform for concerns and updates, and our open-door policy encourages direct communication. In MC, we combine excellent staff with innovative technology for resident success. Our Welcome Home program is available for all residents.
Transportation Services
We offer a shuttle bus for scheduled outings, such as shopping trips, restaurant visits, and community events in Appleton. While not a taxi service for medical appointments, our concierge can assist in arranging transportation, and Lifespark Go is also an option for accompanied medical visits.

Our dining room serves meals with three options available for residents to choose from. Please see the attached document for more details.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can submit a grievance form at the front desk or anonymously. We promptly review and respond to these grievances, explaining our policies or outlining corrective actions. Monthly resident council meetings and direct conversations are also encouraged for immediate concerns.
Communication with Residents' Families
We keep families updated through emails, one-on-one conferences, Family Conferences, or through a Lifespark Complete life manager, focusing on the Level of Care (LOC) plans.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays at $350 a day for AL and $400 a day for MC, inclusive of all costs and meals.
Pet-Friendly Community

Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
