Mills Manor is a 38 unit assisted living community that opened on April 15, 2019. Mills Manor is located in the former Elders Home building in New York Mills, MN. The building is structurally the same, but we have been making some changes to give some areas a fresh look. If you are familiar with the former building you will may notice some new paint colors, flooring and updates throughout the building.
​The New York Mills community is very welcoming and we enjoy being a member of the community. We strive to be a vital part of the New York Mills community.
