Good Samaritan Society – Millard offers affordable senior housing that truly feels like home in Omaha, Nebraska. At our senior living apartments, you’ll join a bustling community of active, friendly neighbors. And you’ll have access to a team of professionals who can provide services tailored to your needs.
We offer income-subsidized apartments to seniors ages 62 and older interested in maintenance-free living. You’ll get a private space that you can furnish with the belongings that make it feel like home to you.
Friends and neighbors are always nearby in our 51-unit complex. And we offer several community areas for social and physical activities.
Wheelchair-accessible units are available. We also have age waivers for those who need a modified unit for wheelchair use.
The apartments are open to seniors living on a limited income. Rental assistance is available for qualified individuals. Our team will help you determine if you meet the guidelines for assistance.
